Mission

Energy Tech High School prepares students for high-demand engineering careers in the fast-growing energy industry. Building backwards from college and industry standards, we provide extensive academic support and mentoring to build a solid foundation.

Over a six-year sequence, we offer students the rigorous academic and technical experiences they will need to earn a high school diploma, an associate degree in an engineering track, and relevant industry certifications. We equip our students with the skills necessary to be strong students, citizens, and workers through collaborative problem solving focused on real world issues, and we believe that our work and our learning are never complete. Our students ultimately leave us prepared for competitive wage careers or as strong candidates for four-year colleges.

Our approach benefits not only our individual students, but creates a pipeline of skilled labor and informed citizenship, contributing to a sustainable and thriving local workforce and economy.
