Carolyn Ferrari earned her B.A. in History/Secondary Education from Queens College where she graduated with honors in History. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Ferrari majored in European History and found a deeper love for Global History. Ms. Ferrari returned to Queens College to complete an M.S.ED. in Social Studies Education. Prior to teaching at Energy Tech, Ms. Ferrari taught Global History for three years at Mott Haven Community High School, a New York City transfer school in the South Bronx.

Ms. Ferrari is thrilled to be joining the Energy Tech community where she hopes to help students find their passion for lifelong learning, and maybe even a passion for history. As a part of the Energy Tech team, Ms. Ferrari hopes to help engage students and prepare them to become active members of the global community. In her free time, Ms. Ferrari likes to travel, watch movies, take her dog to Astoria Park and watch her favorite baseball team, the Mets.
