Will McCool grew up in the backwoods of Massachusetts and has found a new home amongst the towering buildings of New York. After receiving his masters degree at Relay Graduate School of Education he moved into the world of teaching. The last two years he was teaching at the Collegiate Institute for Math and Science in the Bronx.

Mr. McCool is thrilled to be one of the newest staff at Energy Tech. As a member of the math department he is eager to educate students on the real-world applications of mathematics and break down conventions and stereotypes about the math world, starting with the idea that math isn’t cool. In his free time Will travels as much as his schedule allows, eating exotic foods whenever available. When not jaunting around the world collecting hats, he cooks, reads, plays video games and tabletop games of all sorts.
