School Counseling Mission and Vision

The mission and vision of the School Counseling Department at Energy Tech is for all students to be empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve academic, personal, social, and career success and reach their fullest potential as respectful and responsible individuals. We support and build relationships with students by:

•   Meeting individually with students
•   Working in groups with students
•   Conducting presentations in classrooms
•   Consulting with parents, teachers, administrators, and community agencies
•   Hosting evening programs, such as College Night
•   Making referrals to professionals in the community (e.g., therapists, tutors, etc.)
